Kencho Wangmo

Abstract
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a greater role in developing the nation. It has become increasingly indispensable tool in achieving international goals such as in Millennium Development Goals. This situation becomes worse if the country is landlocked as well as least developed. This paper tries to bring out the realities of ICT usage in Bhutan; being the least developed and landlocked country in southwest Asia.
