For assessing the components of the proposed model, a well-designed questionnaire was used. The SPSS 22 and SMART- PLS 3.2 software package was used for statistical analysis of questionnaires. Findings confirmed the validity of the model for students’ productivity assessment. Furthermore, the results showed that four variables (digital technology acceptance, attitudes toward technology, cloud-based services and capacity of IT-based systems) significantly influenced the students’ productivity.
