Making agricultural training and education materials accessible

Abstract
Abstract: The Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) has developed a platform whereby the extensive research conducted in Agriculture and NRM can reach its partners, clients and those who need it quickly and efficiently. Demand for training within the CGIAR is very high; applications for training far exceed capacity. By making agricultural training and education resources accessible online, educational materials can be disseminated on a much larger scale, reaching more educators in national research institutions and Universities. Up-to-date information is vital for successful educational programs and community development.
